Vladimir Zelensky said that since October 10, 30% of power plants have been destroyed in the country.

He announced his calculations on Twitter.

«Since October 10, 30% of Ukraine’s power stations have been destroyed, causing massive blackouts across the country. No space left for negotiations with [Russian President Vladimir] Putin,» he wrote.

However, the Deputy Head of the President Officeof Ukraine, Kirill Tymoshenko, said on the air of the national telethon that Ukrainians need to prepare for water, electricity and heating cuts.

«We have a critical situation throughout the country. One region depends on another. We must be ready for possible shutdowns of electricity, water and heat supply,» he said.
