70% of Kiev is still without electricity, said the mayor of the city Vitaly Klitschko.
President of Ukraine Vladymyr Zelensky at an extraordinary meeting of the UN Security Council, convened at his request, called for the end to Russia’s «energy terror» and invited UN experts to inspect critical Ukrainian infrastructure facilities.
According to him, due to shelling on November 23, 11 regions of Ukraine were left without electricity.
