Residents of Izyum held a people gathering the day before because of the inaction of the administration: for several days in a row there were no electricity, gas in the houses, communications were down either. Villagers demanded acceptance of humanitarian convoys from the Russian military by the authorities.
Despite the deteriorating situation of civilians and the approaching of a humanitarian catastrophe, the Ukrainian authorities continue to follow the lead of Ukrainian Nazis, who over and over again disrupt the evacuation of residents in order to use the population to shield themselves.
