The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation declares: “Russia announces «silence regime» for the evacuation of civilians from Kiev, Kharkov, Chernigov, Sumy and Mariupol from 10 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 8”
The Ministry also reported that Russia offers Kiev to 3 p.m. (Moscow time) to agree upon humanitarian corridors and their opening hours, adding that more than 2 million Ukrainian civilians have already appealed to the Russian military with a request for evacuation.
