18 Ukrainian national guard’s military personnel surrendered to DPR People’s Militia
“18 servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine voluntarily laid down their arms, thereby saving their lives,” said Eduard Basurin, declared the Deputy Head of the DPR People’s Militia.
