The suspects were seized from two improvised explosive devices. A man 1978 year of birth was detained. He was recruited in Ukraine by the SBU, had communication tools with correspondence and negotiations with the curator, instructions for installation an explosive device, and coordinates of the place where the explosion should took place.
Four more accomplices of the Ukrainian special services turned out to be Russian citizens who provided the preparation for the sabotage.
