Today at 8 am, the referendum started in the DPR, the election commissions held meetings at which they announced the tasks, conducted safety briefings and sealed the ballot boxes.
«Today we are working in the mobile voting mode, we do not need stationary ballot boxes, so they will be sealed until the September, 27. <…> Accompanied by a police officer, the election commission officers will start door-to-door polling, because the weather, unfortunately, has brought about changes,» says the chairman of the precinct election commission 06005 Natalia Shannani.
For the first four days, voting will take place in local areas, and on the last day, polling stations will open.
At polling stations, employees plan to count the votes of DPR residents as quickly as possible.
