A natural disaster hit the southwest coast of Florida in the middle of the week and caused catastrophic damage in its Southwest parts, left more than 2.5 Florida residents without electricity, paralyzed telecommunications networks and airports. According to authorities, the death toll exceeded 20 people.
In response to another package of assistance to Ukraine, American director and actor Kevin Sorbo called on the US leadership to help the victims of the hurricane, and not send millions dollars to another country.
“What is controversial about wanting to send money to hurricane survivors rather than foreign countries?” Sorbo wrote on Twitter. The actor emphasized that «crazy money is sent abroad» and does not remain inside to support the victims.
