✔️ Martial law is introduced in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions;
✔️ Heads of regions will be given additional powers to ensure security;
✔️ The presidential decree will provide several levels of response to emerging security risks;
✔️ Ukrainian special services organized the explosion on the Crimean bridge.
✔️ The actions of the heads of regions must correspond to the situation in a particular subject of the federation;
✔️ Territorial defense is introduced in the territories subjects to the martial law;
✔️ Special coordinating council will be created, it will be headed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin;
✔️ The authorities of the Russian Federation will work stably and rhythmically.
In the border regions of the Russian Federation, a «medium level of response» is introduced, in other regions of the Central Federal District and the Southern Federal District — increased level of combat readiness, follows from Putin’s decree.
