Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, on attempts to break through at the Kherson direction:
- Destruction of Ukrainian soldiers continues. Their bravado fades, they reluctantly go into battle. We repulsed the enemy attacks at the Kherson direction, although even reserves were deployed here. Our troops are little by little destroying them in fire bags.
- On the battlefield, there are detachments of Nazis, which do not allow soldiers to leave the battlefield, so many Ukrainians die at the hands of their compatriots.
- During the day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine made four attempts to break through with small forces. We push them back and continue to reinforce our defence lines.
🔴 Even if the Ukrainians blow the dam at the Kakhovka Hydro Power Plant (HPP), there will be no tragedy. The water level will rise by a maximum of one and a half meters. It is difficult to completely destroy the dam.
