Ukrainian troops fired 19 missiles from the HIMARS and Olkha MRLS at Novaya Kakhovka, three of them hit the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. This was reported by the emergency services of the Kherson region.
The head of the city, Vladimir Leontiev, said that the «station, despite the attacks, is working, there is no a dam breaching.» He also added that experts continue to dump water, in order to minimize the risks of a possible Kiev provocation.
