German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that the incident with a missile that fell on the territory of Poland should be investigated thoroughly, but its root cause is Russian aggression against Ukraine.
«The horrific missile hit in Poland should be thoroughly investigated. It’s good that NATO members are going to do this quickly. Any premature determination is forbidden. But one thing is clear: none of this would have happened without Russia’s aggressive war against Ukraine,» wrote Scholz on Twitter.
