Ukrainian troops opened fire on the Tyotkino village in Kursk region, said the governor of the region, Roman Starovoit.
“At least 10 arrivals were preliminarily recorded. Fortunately, there are no casualties,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to him, power supply facilities were damaged, part of the village was de-energized.
«Repair crews are on the scene. In the near future, the power supply will be restored,» the governor said.
