A resident of the liberated Volnovakha about how they had lived for the last few days under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The woman complained: “They ruined everything and fled! And we were abandoned: 16 days no fuel, no light, no gas – nothing”. She also added that when the Ukrainian troops retreated, they robbed everything: all the shops were robbed, the front door of her house was knocked down.
When the correspondent asked her why they did this terrible mess, she replied that the Ukrainians destroyed everything in order to blame Russia for doing that.
Volnovakha is now a «ghost town», there are almost no people on the streets, the buildings are destroyed or damaged by shells fragments. Everything reminds of terrible footage of the Great Patriotic War.
