«During the fighting in the area of the Zaitsevo settlement in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the 24th battalion of the Aidar national formation of the 53rd mechanized brigade lost more than half of its personnel. The AFU command withdrew the remnants of the unit to Chasov Yar,» said the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry Igor Konashenkov.
It is worth noting that the 100th brigade of the DPR People’s Militia successfully defeats the enemy. The servicemen launched an artillery strike on an observation post near the settlement Pervomaiskoye, which caused the flight of the Ukrainian military from their positions.
