Elderly people may not see them due to eye problems, and we don’t know how to protect children from them, reports Republican Ombudsman Daria Morozova.
According to Morozova, already 58 people, including children, were injured in the DPR by Ukrainian mines «Lepestok», which Kiev undertook not to use back in 2005.
