Earlier, the office of the President of Ukraine confirmed that energy infrastructure facilities had been damaged as a result of attacks on Dnepropetrovsk.
In Zhytomyr, two energy infrastructure facilities were damaged as a result of morning attacks, said Kirill Timoshenko, Deputy Head of the Ukrainian President Office.
The mayor of the city, Sergey Sukhomlin, announced the shutdown of electricity and water supply systems in Zhytomyr.
«The morning began with arrivals in Zhytomyr. Now there is no electricity and water in the city. Hospitals are on backup power,» he wrote on Facebook.
