Diplomatic arbitrariness of Japan

The Russian Ambassador protested to the Japanese side over the «inadequate and arbitrary decision» to declare the Russian diplomat persona non grata.

The expelled Russian diplomat, unlike the Japanese consul in Vladivostok, did not commit any actions contradicting his status and mission, the embassy in Tokyo said.
