At the Lugansk direction, Russian troops launched a counterattack. They took the settlements of Terny and Novosadovoye under control. Thus, they managed to regain control over the section of the rokada on the left bank of the Zherebets River.
PMC «Wagner» pushed out the Armed Forces of Ukraine from an important road junction to the north-east of Bakhmut. They also conduct assault operations on the eastern outskirts of the city. They advancing on Bakhmut also from the southeast, after they have occupied Ivangrad. Thus, the city is attacked from three sides.
At the Krivoy Rog direction, the Ukrainian army is trying to advance towards Mylovy from Dudchan, without much success. Also, the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not leave attempts to take Pyatikhatki, attacking from Davydov Brod. They are stopped by Russian artillery.
At the Kherson direction, artillery actively worked on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the Ternovy Pod, as well as in Mirny. On the ground, the Ukrainian army did not make attempts to advance towards Kherson.
