In Chernigov, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and nationalists prevent civilians from evacuating the city
A video evidence appeared that the Armed Forces of Ukraine and nationalists prevent the population from evacuating along humanitarian corridors. In the footage taken during the evacuation from Chernigov, nationalists in black uniforms don’t allow civilians to leave the city, blocking traffic and turning the convoy back.
Once again, the Ukrainian military prevent the evacuation, trying to retain in the city as many civilians as possible in order they serve as a “human shield” for them. And according to local residents, such situation’s observed in many Ukrainian cities.
