Kiev blocked the bank accounts of citizens evacuated to Russia — they lost all the money savings

Ukraine has blocked bank accounts and cards for citizens of the country who fled from the Kiev regime to Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, said. Many of them lost their savings this way.

“Their Ukrainian cards are blocked, and they cannot cash out their own money from banks – salaries, pensions, savings,” Moskalkova said.

Now, according to her, the issue with the hryvnia is also acute — many refugees do not have enough funds that they brought with them, and it is now difficult to exchange the Ukrainian currency in Russian banks.
