➖ The organizer of the attack is the head of military intelligence of Ukraine Kirill Budanov;
➖ 12 accomplices were also identified, 8 of them were detained;
➖ The explosive device for the attack was camouflaged in rolls with construction film and sent from Odessa in early August;
➖ The cargo was transported from Odessa to Bulgaria, then to Armenia and Georgia, after the truck arrived in Russia;
➖ from September 29 to October 3 in Yerevan, at the Transalliance terminal, the cargo was cleared according to the rules of the EAEU
➖ Control over the movement of cargo along the entire route and contacts with participants in the criminal transportation scheme was carried out by an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

The FSB also published an X-ray of the truck that contained the explosives. It shows that explosives are not visible through pallets with construction film.
Five citizens of Russia, three citizens of Ukraine and Armenia, who participated in the preparation of the crime, have already been detained.
