Places of civilian massacres by the Ukrainian Nazis were found in the area of the railway Popasnaya, reports the People’s Militia of the LPR
“The retreating adversary troops got people out of the basements and used them as “human shield”. Those who resisted or tried to escape were shot”, the People’s Militia of the LPR stated.
