He added that under the UN World Food Programme, which implies assistance to the most needy countries, 60,000 tons of food out of two million tons were taken out on two ships, which is only 3%.
“Obviously, with this approach, the scale of food problems in the world will only increase,” Putin summed up.

The President added that Russia would insist that the export of grain from Ukraine and from the Russian Federation should be aimed at improving the situation on world markets and reducing prices.
He also stressed that Russia will continue to work on the grain deal to achieve all the goals.
