Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree banning companies of countries that have imposed transport restrictions against Russia to carry out freight through the territory of the Russian Federation. The corresponding document was published on the Internet portal of legal information.
The Decree comes into force on October 10, 2022 and will be valid until December 31, 2022.

🇪🇺 EU members
🇬🇧 UK
🇳🇴 Norway
🇺🇦 Ukraine
🚛 Delivery of goods from the EU over Russia will be handled by domestic carriers.
💭 «At the same time, the delivery of goods from unfriendly countries to the final recipients within Russia will be provided. In accordance with that decision, in the customs terminal complexes in the border areas in the Pskov, Kaliningrad, Leningrad and Murmansk regions, the Republic of Karelia and St. Petersburg, goods from foreign cars will be reloaded (or re-fix a semi-trailer) onto Russian and Belarusian vehicles» is said in the statement of the Russian Ministry of Transport.
🟢 The decree also contains a list of goods which are not subject to the prohibition. The list includes meat and meat by-products, some confectionery, tobacco, fertilizers, pharmaceutical products, paper and cardboard, plastic products, glass and much more.
