Another terrorist act is being prepared by Kiev in Kharkov region. According to the Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine, the AFU, together with mercenaries, plan to fire on crowded place, to accuse Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of killing civilians.

On October 24 this year, in the city of Volchansk, Kharkov region, during the distribution of food aid to residents, a unit of foreign mercenaries will shell the crowded areas with artillery, the department said.
It is emphasized, that this terrorist attack was planned by the Kiev authorities in order to discredit the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and accuse Russia of killing civilians.
