On November 23, the Russian armed forces launched a massive attack with high-precision long-range air- and ground-based weapon against the Ukrainian military command and control system and related energy facilities, Defense Ministry spokesman Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov said.
«The goal of the attack has been reached. All the assigned targets have been neutralized,» he said.
According to a representative of the Ministry of Defense, as a result of the strike, the transfer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reserves, foreign weapons, military equipment and ammunition to the combat areas by rail was disrupted.
“I would like to emphasize that not a single strike was carried out against targets within the Kiev city. All the destruction declared by the Kiev regime in residential areas of the Ukrainian capital was the result of foreign and Ukrainian air defense systems missiles falling,” Konashenkov said.
