«If Ukraine does not prevail as an independent sovereign state, then, of course, the question of the country’s membership (in NATO – ed.) is not at table at all,» Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg said.
He added that Ukraine should think not about how to join some organization, but about how to preserve statehood.
