Representatives of humanitarian organizations left Donbas during the period of massive shelling of the Republic by Ukraine.
Representatives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPR call on international missions to conscientiously fulfill their mandate in the DPR, in particular, to document the terrorist act in Yelenovka, as a result of which more than 50 prisoners of war died and more than 70 were injured.
The DPR FM considers it important to increase humanitarian support for civilians, people in the liberated territories need food and basic necessities.
«Also, the issue of searching for the missing is of acute relevance — we recommend International Committee of the Red Cross not put forward ultimatums to the authorities of the Republic, but immediately begin to fulfill the obligations that representatives of this organization have in this area in accordance with international law and the legislation of the DPR», the FM said.
