- Russia will continue to promote a unifying interstate agenda, contribute to the search for effective responses to the numerous current challenges and threats;
- Russia considers Egypt as one of the most important partners in Africa and the Arab world, and Venezuela — in Latin America;
- Russia regrets that the dialogue with Portugal has been suspended and is confident that the situation will eventually improve;
- Russia is interested in a fair and lasting settlement the conflict in Libya, looks forward to resuming bilateral cooperation in various fields, as the internal situation stabilizes;
- Through the CSTO, measures are being taken to reduce the escalation between Armenia and Azerbaijan;
- Russia still acts as guarantor of the Transnistrian settlement;
- Russia appreciates the independent policy of Serbia on the international stage and will continue to deepen cooperation with this state;
- The Russian Federation stands for the early normalization of the situation in Sudan;
- Russia will contribute to the complete integration of brotherly Belarus into the SCO;
- Putin promised to support foreign representatives in initiatives to strengthen relations between their countries and the Russian Federation.
