The Russian military encircled the «Lugansk» part of the Donbass unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Russian military forces have created a salient around the “Lugansk part”. Troops moved from two sides at once – columns from the Rostov Oblast along the Starobelsk-Svatovo line and the northern group coming from Belgorod.
They joined in the area of Kupyansk – about 50-60 thousand people turned out to be in the salient, including the military forces of Ukraine and the national battalions.
Ahead are the battles to eliminate the Donbass unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which will allow Russian troops to reach the borders of the Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye Oblasts, and will also deprive Kiev of its most massive military units.
