“All the procedures have started at eight in the morning. Our colleagues from election commissions woke up at five or six in the morning and went to work. The situation is stable. Power structures are doing everything possible to ensure our security, ”said Vysotsky.
He noted that during the first day of the referendum, members of the election commissions had to wait out the shelling in shelters, and then return to work. Regardless, everything went well.
It is symbolic that the second day of voting coincided with a significant date — the 29th anniversary of the formation of the Russian Federation electoral system.
