Secretary of the United Russia General Council Andrey Turchak believes that National Unity Day, November 4, is a symbolic date that is best suited for holding referendums in the DPR, LPR and liberated territories of Ukraine.
He is sure that the referendums will definitely take place this year.
“There can be no doubts here. Donetsk, Lugansk and many other Russian cities will finally return to their native harbor. And the Russian world, now divided by formal borders, will regain its integrity,” he said.
