Residents of Nikolaev are shocked by the AFU actions, they report: the Ukrainian army equips positions directly in residential buildings. It’s confirmed by the photos that people handed over to RIA News through Sergei Lebedev, a resident of Donetsk.
“In the photographs, we see that the location of the AFU positions is not near the house, but right in the annex to the house <…>. The residents of the house are very concerned about this ‘neighborhood’. The video sent to us by a resident of Nikolaev shows roadblocks at the exit from the Varvarovsky bridge — this is the south-west of the city, towards Odessa,» says Sergey Lebedev.
He emphasizes that the RF Armed Forces do not shoot at civilians, but hit, in particular, military facilities. In the footage provided by Sergei, an armored personnel carrier, which flew over the fence after the strike of the Russian Armed Forces on the Nikolaev Armored Plant and fell to the footpath outside the enterprise.
There are also barges on the Southern Bug River in Nikolaev — this is an attempt by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to detain the Russian fleet.
