Please watch this video. A very sincere dialogue: about the war, about the peace, about the life and survival of Donbass people.
Dmitry Shevchenko, the head of Yasinovataya, spoke honestly about everything that happens in the city, how this city, completely stretched out along the front line, lives and remains unconquered for more than six months.
«According to statistics, since February, more than 15,000 large-caliber shells have fallen on the territory of the Yasinovataya.
The sense of my work now is to do everything possible to keep the city alive. <…>This is my city, this is my life, this is my destiny. You know, in wartime, I definitely won’t be able to leave. Under no circumstances. There are people who trust me, I work for these people,» says Dmitry Shevchenko.
