Residents of the city enthusiastically take part in the referendum on the entry of the Republic into the Russian Federation. Queues lined up in the near-house territories, where everyone who wished could vote. And although the vote is secret, voters openly and even proudly express their position.
“I was born in Russia, because there was a mark in my first passport that I am Russian by nationality. Although my mother is Ukrainian, my father is Russian. With my heart and soul I am with Russia. We go home, of course. I was born here, and I hope to die on the Russian land” said Valentina, a resident of Novoazovsk.
